A December company order looks nothing like a single hamper: there is a fixed date, a budget per person and a list of names. Here is what we need to know to quote it properly, and the order in which it is worth deciding.
Start with the date, not the contents
The question that settles everything else is when they get delivered. December fills up by date, and the week of the 15th to the 24th is the first to close. If you already know the day of the end-of-year dinner or the office handout, hold it in November even if you have not decided what goes in each hamper yet. Contents can be adjusted later; the date cannot.
How many, and how far ahead
For a bulk order we do not work to a minimum number of units but to a minimum amount of time: the more hampers for the same day, the more production days we need. Send us the rough number and the date, and we will tell you straight away whether we can make it, before you go any further with quotes.
Quoted per person
The practical way to build it is the reverse of how it is usually framed: not what a hamper costs, but how much you want to spend per person. You give us that figure and the quantity, and we build the best hamper we can within it, the same for everyone. Hampers start at $35,000 COP and go up with the size, the items and the packaging.
What can be personalized
- The card: with each person's name, the date and the company's message.
- The printed band: with the company name across the presentation.
- The contents: sweet, savoury, a drink and one personalized keepsake, identical across all of them so nobody compares.
- The packaging: basket, box or bag with a handle, depending on how they will be handed out.

One address or many
Leaving thirty hampers at a reception desk is not the same as delivering to thirty different addresses across the metropolitan area. We deliver in Medellín, Envigado, Itagüí, Sabaneta, Bello and La Estrella, and shipping costs between $15,000 and $25,000 COP per address, a flat rate by zone. If they all go to the same place it is one delivery; if they go to separate homes, each one counts as a delivery. It is worth saying so from the start so the budget does not move at the end. We deliver Tuesday to Sunday, around the clock; not on Mondays.
Confirmed before we build
Because everything is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed. That is why we agree the contents, the packaging, the card wording, the date and the addresses on WhatsApp before building anything. That is the moment to change whatever you want, and it costs nothing. It is written down in shipping and returns.
