Every order is arranged over WhatsApp. There are no long forms and no checkout you have to fight with: you message us, tell us who the gift is for, and we put options together for you. If you already know what you want, send us the product link. If you have no idea, tell us the occasion and your budget and we will suggest three alternatives.

Delivery area and hours
We deliver across Medellín and the rest of the Aburrá Valley metropolitan area: Envigado, Sabaneta, Itagüí and Bello. We take orders 24 hours a day, Tuesday to Sunday, holidays included, birthdays, apologies and surprises do not keep office hours.
If you need an early-morning or same-day delivery, message us before paying and we will confirm availability. Delivery is quoted by neighbourhood and starts at $15,000 COP. Gifts start from $20,000 COP, so there is something for a secret-friend exchange as well as for an anniversary.
What to have ready before you write
To quote you quickly it helps to have the delivery date and time, the neighbourhood or address, the name and phone number of the recipient, the occasion and the message for the card. If the gift carries a name engraved in resin or text on the bakery item, send it written exactly as you want it to appear, accents included.
Personalization, changes and returns
Almost everything we make carries a name, a date or a photo, and bakery items are prepared for the day of delivery. That is why we do not currently accept returns: once a gift is personalized or baked it cannot be resold. What we do instead is confirm every detail with you before we produce anything, and if something goes wrong on our side we make it right. For design or date changes, give us as much notice as you can.
