Where we deliver
We deliver to Medellín, Envigado, Itagüí, Sabaneta, Bello and La Estrella.
What it costs
Shipping costs between 15,000 and 25,000 COP. It is a flat rate per area: it does not depend on weight or on the value of the order, only on how far the delivery address is. We confirm the exact amount over WhatsApp before dispatch, never after.
Same-day delivery
Adds 5,000 COP on top of the area rate and depends on availability. Message us on WhatsApp to check whether we can make it.
When we deliver
Tuesday to Sunday, 24 hours. We do not deliver on Mondays.
How it is arranged
Every order is arranged over WhatsApp at +57 317 3286344. That is where we agree what goes in it, the date, the time, the address and the final shipping cost, before we start making it.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges
Everything we make is made to order and personalized for each customer: eternal roses assembled by hand petal by petal, resin pieces with your photos, names or keepsakes, bakery prepared for the date you give us, and breakfasts and hampers built from what you choose. Because they are made to your specification, and in the case of bakery because it is perishable food, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed.
Which is why we check everything first
Since there are no returns, we agree every detail with you over WhatsApp before assembling anything: the contents, the colours, the card message, the date and the address. That is the moment to change whatever you want, and it costs nothing.
