Each petal is cut from satin ribbon, heat-sealed so it won't fray, and layered one over the next until the rose takes shape, complete with stem and leaves. Many have a rhinestone at the center. The result is a flower that looks and feels like a rose in full bloom but never wilts, because there is nothing in it that can dry out or rot. Unlike a traditional bouquet that lasts only days (or even a preserved natural rose, which humidity does ruin) ours stays exactly the same year after year.
